Our Quality Improvement Department is here to help you!

Each affiliated practice in AltaMed's network has a dedicated clinical quality analyst (CQA) to assist the office in understanding and improving performance on quality measures. Your assigned CQA is an excellent resource to advise office improvement efforts with expertise in data analytics, process mapping, workflow optimization, project/pilot management, and best practice identification.

CQAs are also available to come on-site and meet with your office to review performance and incentive projections, develop quarterly work plans, and facilitate in-services and trainings for your providers and staff. (By Request)
