Carroll's stated policy objectives are as follows:
I will subsidise housing and will be increasing investment into our proposed UBI (Universal Basic Income) to ensure people's needs are met and no citizen is in poverty.
I seek to boost our strongest industries, and help establish emerging ones.
I will seek to create a fair tax curve that will create less pressure for those who are lower income by giving them lower tax rates than those with more income and wealth.
I will aim to inform citizens about climate change and its effects, and make sure that businesses that try and harm our environment do not prosper.
Socially, I want to ensure full and true equality across all of Alsann. That means equality across race, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, religion and other characteristics. I will push hard for workers rights by regulating business.
Most of all, I will engage citizens in the political process.Â
These policies are based on what I understand of the public's desire for change, but if I am wrong I do not want to contort the power of the people that I am given to fit only what I think is right. My belief is in an open government, that works for the people by being held responisible by its citizens
At this point, Jasmine Carroll has given a public opinion on all five referendum questions. She supports the greenstripe diagonal for a new national flag, supports the adoption of the new crest and new military-type flags, approves of the whistling kite and bluegrass lily as national symbols and supports the adoption of the approval voting system.
