    • Meets the 3rd Saturday of each month at the Magic City Acceptance & Wellness Center, 11:00 AM - 12:30 AM.

    • Space To Be Me is a support group for parents and guardians of transgender youth under the age of 14. Parents and guardians will be offered a facilitated peer support group focusing on parenting their children.

  • Gay Dads Support Group​

    • Meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Birmingham AIDS Outreach (BAO), 5:30 - 6:30.

    • A support group at the Birmingham AIDS Outreach (BAO) for gay dads.

    • ​An open, affirming group that meets once a month on the 2nd floor of the Birmingham AIDS Outreach (BAO).

  • Love TRANSformed

    • A professionally facilitated support group for partners and spouses of trans adults ages 21+. Currently meets monthly via Zoom. Email Katie@mcwc-bao.org to join the email list.

  • borderTRANS is a trans-led affinity space for individuals to share their experiences and create community in a welcoming, supportive environment. This group is open to UAB undergraduate, graduate and professional students who identify as trans, transgender, genderqueer, fluid, non-binary, FTM, MTF, two spirit, intersex and gender questioning.
