For first-time clients or homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently, a Deep Cleaning service may be recommended to bring the home up to Standard Cleaning level.

Small Homes:

(1–2 bed / 1–2 bath | 0–1500 sq ft)

Biweekly: $105 | Monthly: $120

Medium Homes:

(2–3 bed / 2–3 bath | 1500–3000 sq ft)

Biweekly: $125 | Monthly: $140

Large Homes:

(3–4 bed / 2–3 bath | 3000–4500 sq ft)

Biweekly: $145 | Monthly: $160

Homes over 4500 sq ft: Custom quote required

➕ Optional Add-Ons:

⚖️ Price Adjustments:

🐶 2 or more shedding pets → $15

These adjustments account for extra time required for homes with pets.

2️⃣ Choose your cleaning frequency (biweekly or every 4 weeks).

3️⃣ Add any applicable optional add-ons (extra bathrooms, finished basement).

4️⃣ Include any price adjustments (pets).

📌 Example Quote:

A 3200 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The client does not need the finished basement included. The client has 2 large shedding dogs. Biweekly cleaning requested.

STANDARD CLEANING CHECKLIST: 

All Rooms 🛋️:

• Dust accessible, sturdy surfaces and baseboards as needed

• Wet wipe horizontal hard furniture surfaces (client must clear at least 60% of each surface in advance; hard vertical surfaces included for high chairs)

• Clean mirrors

• Clean and disinfect door handles/knobs, light switches, and wall plates

• Empty and reline garbage bins (main kitchen bag is not removed and will be left for the client)

• Vacuum upholstered furniture and mats/area rugs

• Vacuum and mop floors

Bathrooms 🚽:

Includes all “All Rooms” checklist items, plus: 

• Clean and scrub tubs and showers (including shower walls, shower faucets, shower doors, and freestanding tubs)

• Scrub and disinfect toilet (base included) 

• Clean and disinfect countertops, backsplash, and wainscoting

• Clean cabinet fronts and handles

• Clean and polish fixed hardware (towel bars, hooks/rings, toilet paper holders)

• Clean and polish sink and faucet 

Kitchen 🔪: 

Includes all “All Rooms” checklist items, plus: 

• Clean and polish major appliance exteriors (range hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave interior and exterior)

• Clean and polish stovetop/cooktop (electric, gas, induction, or downdraft)

• Clean countertops

• Clean tables and chairs

• Cabinets dusted and handles cleaned (cabinet fronts spot cleaned)

• Clean and polish sink and faucet 

Bedrooms 🛌🏻: 

Includes all “All Rooms” checklist items, plus: 

📌Optional add-ons:

• Strip & make beds: $5 per standard bed (Billed in addition to your regular flat rate price for Standard Cleaning) 

• Walk-in closet floors vacuumed and mopped (accessible floor areas only; shelving not included).

Stairs/ Stairwell🪜:

• Vacuumed and/ or mopped

• Handrails wiped clean

Our deep cleaning service gives your home a top-to-bottom refresh, targeting built-up grime, dust, and overlooked areas not included in standard cleanings.

Deep cleaning is often recommended for first-time visits before transitioning to recurring maintenance service.

Recommended Frequency: Quarterly, bi-annually, or prior to special events

DEEP/ SPRING CLEANING CHECKLIST: 

All Rooms 🛋️:

Includes everything from Standard Cleaning, plus: 

• High and hard-to-reach areas dusted; cobwebs removed

• Ceiling fans surface dusted and wet wiped (only fans that can be reached on a 3 step ladder)

• Clean accessible interior windows, tracks, and sills (up to 6’; screens and blinds not included unless requested in advance)

• Clean interior doors (both sides), including handles, frame, stop and jambs

• Wet wipe horizontal and vertical hard furniture surfaces

• Clean accessible trim (window trim and door trim)

• Detailed vacuuming, including corners, edges, and areas under cushions, furniture, and rugs

Bathrooms 🚽: 

Includes everything from Standard Cleaning, plus: 

• Detailed cleaning of shower door tracks and fixtures

• Clean and disinfect trash bin, inside and out

• Detailed cleaning of cabinet fronts and handles

• Clean baseboards behind and around toilet

Kitchen 🔪: 

Includes everything from Standard Cleaning, plus:

• Clean range hood and microwave vent (including grease filters)

• Wipe and clean backsplash

• Thoroughly clean electrical coil burners, gas stove grates, drip bowls, control buttons, and accessories (e.g., extra burners, griddles, grill burners)

• Clean and polish small appliance exteriors

• Clean and disinfect trash and recycling bins, inside and out

Bedrooms 🛌🏻: 

Includes everything from Standard Cleaning, plus: 

• Wet wipe headboards and bed frames

• Vacuum and/or mop under beds

Stairs/ Stairwell🪜:  

• Vacuumed and/ or mopped

• Clean banisters, including handrails, spindles, and newel posts

📌 Optional Deep Clean add-ons:

• Kitchen cabinet fronts cleaning (This service typically requires an additional 30–50 minutes and will be billed as extra time)

• Cabinet tops dusted, vacuumed, and wiped clean (billed as extra time)

• Clean under and behind kitchen appliances (where accessible and at the cleaner’s discretion. Additional 15 - 20 minutes required on average)

• Baseboards deep cleaned — $10 per room (This fee is in addition to the price of your scheduled Standard or Deep Cleaning) 

• Finished basement (additional 60 - 80 minutes on average. Estimated time for completion depends on size and rooms)
