• $5 per door (both sides included) + HST

French Doors

• $6 per door (both sides included) + HST

• $1 per pane + HST

Single-Hung, Double-Hung & Slider Windows

• $5 per window + HST (tracks included)

• $3 per window + HST (glass only)

Casement Windows

• $5 per window + HST (tracks included)

• $3 per window + HST (glass only)

Geometric Windows

• $3 per pane (per side) + HST

Sliding Glass Doors

• $6 per door + HST (tracks included)

• $4 per door + HST (glass only)

Oversized Patio Doors

• $7 per door + HST (tracks included)

• $5 per door + HST (glass only)

Large Picture Windows

• $5 per window + HST

Each section of glass separated by a frame is counted as one pane

(e.g., a double-hung window typically has two panes).

• Screens carefully removed, washed, dried, and reinstalled

💵 $3.50 per screen + HST

📓 Important Notes:

• Windows must be safely accessible from inside the home.

• Window-cleaning add-ons are charged in addition to the regular price for your scheduled Standard cleaning.  

• Window-cleaning add-ons during maintenance visits are limited to three (3) total windows or doors, regardless of type.
