Terms & Conditions for “Alpha AI”

By downloading or using the app “Alpha AI”, these terms will automatically apply to you – please make sure you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Linda Osauhing.
Linda Osauhing is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it absolutely clear what you are paying for.
The “Alpha AI” app stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver our Service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise its security features, and cause the “Alpha AI” app to stop working properly.

Usage Data
Face scans (photos) are not stored or retained on any servers.
They are transmitted only to the ChatGPT service for face analysis, which is a core feature of the app, in line with ChatGPT’s privacy policy.
All such data is used exclusively for analysis and is not stored after processing is complete.
Limitations of Responsibility
You should note that Linda Osauhing cannot take responsibility for certain issues:
Some app functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If you do not have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data allowance, the app may not work at full functionality.
If you use the app outside of your home region without disabling data roaming, you may incur additional charges from your provider. You accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming fees.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged; if it runs out of battery, Linda Osauhing cannot be held responsible.
Although we strive to keep the app accurate and up to date, we rely on third parties for some information and therefore cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on app functionality.
Updates and Termination
The app may be updated periodically. The app is available on iOS, but system requirements may change. To continue using the app, you must download updates when offered.
We do not guarantee continuous updates or compatibility with all future versions of iOS. We may also discontinue providing the app without notice. Upon termination:
Your rights and licenses under these Terms will end.
You must stop using the app and delete it from your device if required.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
