By downloading or using the Alpha AI application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, software, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the exclusive property of Linda Osauhing.
Linda Osauhing reserves the right to modify the App, introduce new features, or charge for certain services at any time. Any paid features will always be clearly identified before purchase.
The App provides artificial intelligence features powered by third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI (ChatGPT API) and Replicate API.
By using any AI-powered functionality, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
Text, prompts, images, face photos, and other content that you voluntarily submit may be securely transmitted to OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Replicate API, or another AI service provider used by the App, solely for processing your request and generating the requested AI response, analysis, or other AI-powered functionality.
The AI service provider used depends on the specific feature you choose to use.
Your submitted content is processed only for the purpose of providing the requested AI functionality.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit any content you upload for AI processing.
The Company does not sell your submitted content or disclose it to any third parties other than the AI service provider(s) required to process your request.
AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for independently evaluating any information before relying on it.
The App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
By using the AI features of the App, you expressly consent to the transmission and processing of your submitted content by the applicable AI service provider(s) solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.
The App processes certain personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security, interfere with the normal operation of the App, and expose your device to malware or unauthorized access.
The App relies on third-party services that have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
These services may include:
Apphud
Amplitude
OpenAI (ChatGPT API)
Replicate API
AppsFlyer
Firebase
Your use of features provided through these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
When you choose to use AI analysis features:
Face photos are uploaded only after you initiate the analysis.
Photos may be securely transmitted to OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Replicate API, or another AI service provider used by the App solely to perform the requested analysis or generate AI-powered results.
We do not permanently store or retain your uploaded face photos unless required for technical, legal, or security purposes.
We do not create biometric identifiers, biometric databases, or facial recognition profiles.
Images are not used by the Company for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Some features require an active internet connection. Without internet access, portions of the App may not function correctly.
Mobile network providers may charge fees for mobile data usage or roaming. You are solely responsible for such charges.
You are responsible for keeping your device sufficiently charged and operational.
While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee that the App, third-party AI services, or AI-generated responses will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, available, or error-free.
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice or factual statements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linda Osauhing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, the use of third-party AI services, or your reliance on AI-generated content.
The App may be updated periodically to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or AI capabilities.
System requirements may change over time. Continued use of the App may require installation of updated versions.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, replace, or discontinue the App or any feature, including AI-powered functionality, at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination of the App or your right to use it:
All rights granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate.
You must stop using the App.
If requested, you must remove the App from your devices.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available within the App or on the designated website together with the updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
