We do not permanently store, retain, or create biometric identifiers, biometric databases, or facial recognition profiles from your images.
Images are used exclusively to provide the requested AI functionality and are not used by the Company for advertising, marketing, or user profiling purposes.
When you use AI-powered features, the text, prompts, photos, images, or other content that you voluntarily submit may be securely transmitted to OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Replicate API, or other AI service providers used by the Service.
The specific AI service provider used depends on the feature you choose to use.
Your submitted content is processed solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI response, analysis, or other AI-powered functionality within the Service.
We do not use your submitted content for marketing purposes, do not sell it, and do not share it with any third parties except the AI service provider(s) required to process your request.
Apart from processing through OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Replicate API, or other AI service providers used by the Service, your submitted AI content is not disclosed or transferred to other external organizations unless required by applicable law.
Our app uses third-party AI services to enhance your experience. Use of AI features requires your explicit consent.
AI Services We Use
OpenAI
When you use AI image analysis ('Scan' feature), chat ('Coach' feature), your content is sent to OpenAI API
Data sent: Images selected by user, text messages, scan results
Purpose: AI-powered image description, scan results descriptions, intelligent chat responses
Data retention: Processed in real-time and not stored after processing

Replicate API
When you use AI image editing feature ('Transform') and voice analysis feature ('Your voice'), your images or voice recordings, respectively, are sent to Replicate API for processing.
Data sent: Images selected by user, voice recordings created by user
Purpose: Image editing, AI-powered voice description
Data retention: Processed according to Replicate data retention policies

This data is sent to third-party AI services mentioned above exclusively after your in-app explicit consent. You can enable or disable each AI service in Settings section in the app at any time.
We do not store copies of data sent to AI services. The data is transmitted directly from the user’s device to the AI service and back, no intermediaries are involved.
All user-generated content (photos, analysis results, messages, and AI responses) is stored only on the user’s device.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service, including:
Device IP address, device type, and device version.
Pages visited, time and date of visits, and time spent within the Service.
Mobile device model, operating system, unique identifiers, and diagnostic data.
Screen size, language, time zone, application version, and similar technical information.
The Service integrates third-party analytics tools used solely for crash reporting, analytics, security monitoring, and service improvement.
These tools are not used by the Company to collect or process health information or other sensitive personal data.
The Service may use third-party service providers that process data on behalf of the Company.
