Mission & Vision
To support the development of ethical, effective leaders by creating spaces rooted in mentorship, community, and action, where individuals are supported over time to grow, lead, and give back.
We envision communities shaped by leaders who act with integrity, responsibility, and care for others. Leaders who are grounded in service and committed to long-term impact.
The Gap We Are Addressing
Leadership is too often defined by titles, roles, or professional status. In doing so, many people are overlooked, those early in their journeys, and those who have spent years contributing, caring, and showing up without ever being encouraged to see themselves as leaders.
At ALPES, we believe leadership is not something you earn later or grow into someday. It already exists within individuals and communities. Our work is about bringing that leadership forward, creating the conditions for confidence, responsibility, and action to take root, so meaningful change can happen exactly where people are.
