Hi, I’m Amber Lovelady, the artist and creative mind behind A.Lovelady Art.

I’ve always believed that creativity is something everyone has, not something reserved for people who consider themselves “artists.” Sometimes all it takes is someone saying, “Come on, let’s give it a try!”

That’s what A.Lovelady Art is all about.

I create fun, affordable, and approachable art experiences for kids, adults, families, homeschoolers, groups, and individuals of all abilities. From paint nights and creative classes to camps, private parties, fundraisers, adaptive art, and community projects, my goal is to create an environment where people can relax, have fun, and simply enjoy creating.

For me, art has always been about more than what's on the canvas.

It's about connection, confidence, memories, and community.

I love watching someone who says “I’m not creative” surprise themselves. I love seeing kids light up when they make something they're proud of. And I especially love creating opportunities where people of different abilities and backgrounds can come together and experience the joy of making art.

I believe there should always be a place at the art table for everybody.

Sometimes we paint.

Sometimes we build.

Sometimes we get messy.

Sometimes we turn something that would have been thrown away into something completely new.

I'm a bit of a “junk artist” at heart, and I love finding ways to reclaim, repurpose, and transform everyday materials. Creativity doesn't have to be expensive—and it definitely doesn't have to be perfect.
