• A clear description of the issue
• Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
• Your device type (e.g., iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
• Your operating system version (e.g., iOS 17, Android 14)
• The Alora app version (if known)
Incomplete reports may delay resolution.
Response Time
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Response times may vary depending on volume.
Account & Data Requests
If you are requesting:
• Account deletion
• Data access
• Data correction
• Subscription cancellation issues
Please clearly state your request in the subject line (e.g., “Account Deletion Request”).
For security purposes, we may require verification before processing account-related requests.
Bug Reports
If you are reporting a bug:
• Describe the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
• State what you expected to happen.
• State what actually happened.
Detailed reports allow us to investigate more efficiently.
