These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alora mobile application, related websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Alora Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in San Francisco, California (“Alora,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

2. Account Registration
   To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
   • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
   • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
   • Keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hunter.william.su@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Description of the Service
   Alora is a mobile application that allows users to create, share, and interact with AI-generated content, including text, images, and other digital media. Features may include content creation tools, social interaction features, and personalization options.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Content
   “User Content” means any content you upload, submit, generate, or otherwise make available through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting or generating content on the Service, you grant Alora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
• Your content does not infringe any intellectual property or other rights.
• Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:
   • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
   • Infringe intellectual property rights.
   • Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
   • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
   • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
   • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission.
   • Circumvent security or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property
   The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Alora Technologies, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
   The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence systems. You acknowledge that:
   • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
   • Alora does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.
   • You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.
   • The Service is not intended for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

8. Privacy

9. Payments and Subscriptions
   Certain features may require payment or subscription. If you purchase a subscription:
   • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
   • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
   • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
   • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

10. Third-Party Services
    The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

11. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Upon termination:
• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Certain provisions (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) survive termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALORA TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
• ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), OR
• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALORA IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

14. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alora Technologies, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
    • Your use of the Service.
    • Your violation of these Terms.
    • Your User Content.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by updating the “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
