This Refund Policy is part of ALNO LLC’s Subscription Terms and outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on our website.
Note: This policy does not apply to subscriptions purchased through the ALNO mobile app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If your purchase was made through those platforms, please refer to their respective refund procedures.
Refunds are generally not provided for subscriptions purchased on our website unless required by the applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Please review the laws in your location before submitting a refund request.
Before making a request, ensure your situation does not fall under the exceptions and limitations listed below.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied under any of the following circumstances:
You changed your mind or want a refund due to personal reasons (unless your local laws guarantee a right to withdraw within a grace period).
You used the ALNO platform in a way that violates our Terms of Use or End User License Agreement, or your account usage is unauthorized.
You request a refund after the subscription period has already ended.
You request a refund more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal of a monthly or longer subscription.
You request a refund more than 7 days after the purchase or renewal of a weekly subscription.
We have reason to believe your request is fraudulent or without legal basis (e.g., if you've actively used the platform and no major issues were reported).
We invest heavily in the AI infrastructure that powers ALNO, so refund requests from active users without evidence of major bugs or service failures will generally not be approved.
All exceptions and limitations are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and do not override your legal rights.
If a refund is approved, it will only apply to the current subscription period in which the request was submitted.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Include your name, email, transaction date and amount, last four digits of your payment card, a proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot or receipt), and a detailed explanation of the issue.
We may request additional details or documentation before reviewing your claim.
Once we receive all required information, we will evaluate your request and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
ALNO LLC reserves the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for changes.
