March - Beginner Basics or Vinyasa Flow Beginner
Beginner Basics Yoga
This class is a great introduction to yoga and is designed for participants brand new to yoga practice. We will focus on basic beginner asana poses and transitions combined with breathing techniques. Participants will develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
$75 package 2 classes/week for 4 weeks

Vinyasa Flow - Beginner
This slow-flow class focuses on foundational asana poses with smooth, intentional transitions. Together, we’ll build heat and energy, strengthen the body, and enhance flexibility while staying grounded in mindfulness. Take time to connect with your breath and move with purpose in this practice designed to support balance, strength, and inner calm.

All classes are held at West Union Library, Heiserman Room
*All participants will need blocks, a yoga mat, a strap, and a blanket or towel.
