4. Pricing, Purchases & Refunds
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store.
Users may upgrade to the premium version at any time to enjoy an ad-free experience.
All payment-related data is securely managed and processed by Google Play; we do not handle or retain any sensitive payment information.
If our pricing changes, we will notify users through app updates. One-time purchases already made remain unaffected by future pricing adjustments, unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests for in-app purchases and subscriptions must comply with Google Play's refund policy, since all purchases are processed by Google Play.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads, which help support the App's development and maintenance. Where required (e.g., for users in the EU/UK/EEA), ad consent is collected via Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Max Soft Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
