Max Soft Tech • All Translate — Voice Translator • Last updated: June 23, 2026
1. Introduction
All Translate — Voice Translator ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), by Max Soft Tech, is a mobile application that provides text, voice, and camera-based translation between languages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
Text input you type for translation.
Voice audio you record for speech-to-text translation. Audio is processed to generate a transcription and translation and is not retained longer than necessary to complete that request, unless you explicitly save a translation to your on-device history.
Images/photos you capture or select for camera/image-based translation (e.g., translating text in a photo or document). Image text recognition is performed on-device using Google ML Kit.
Support communications, such as emails or in-app messages you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Usage data: features used, translation language pairs, session length, crash reports, and app performance diagnostics.
Device information: device model, operating system version, advertising ID, language settings, and IP address.
Approximate location, derived from your IP address (the App does not request GPS/precise location permission). This is used for analytics (via Firebase Analytics) and to serve and measure advertising (via Google AdMob), including general region/country-level targeting and ad performance reporting.
3. Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions. You can grant or deny each of these in your device settings, and denying a permission may limit related features:
Permission Why it's requested
Microphone To record your voice for speech-to-text translation and voice conversations.
Camera To capture photos of text (signs, menus, documents) for image translation.
Photos (via system picker) To let you select existing images for translation. On modern Android versions this uses the system photo picker and does not require a separate storage permission; translation history is saved within the App's own private storage.
Internet / Network state Required to send text or voice data to translation services and receive results, and for ads/analytics.
Notifications To show optional notifications related to app features (see Section 6).
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
Provide, operate, and improve translation features (text, voice, and camera/image translation);
Personalize your experience, such as remembering recently used languages;
Maintain and troubleshoot the App, including diagnosing crashes and bugs;
Analyze usage trends to improve features and performance;
Show advertising, including personalized ads where you have consented;
Communicate with you about updates, support requests, or policy changes;
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
5. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services to function:
Translation — Google Translate / Google ML Kit — processes the text you submit for translation (online) or translates on-device (offline, via ML Kit) where supported.
Analytics — Firebase Analytics — collects usage data, device information, and approximate location (derived from IP address) to help us understand how the App is used.
Crash reporting — Firebase Crashlytics — collects diagnostic data to help fix bugs.
Remote configuration — Firebase Remote Config — used to remotely adjust app behavior/features without an app update.
Advertising — Google AdMob — collects device identifiers (such as your advertising ID) and approximate location to serve ads, measure ad performance, and, where you have given consent, personalize ads. Ad consent (EU/UK/EEA) is collected via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Billing — Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases and subscriptions (e.g., the ad-free premium upgrade).
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy: Google / AdMob / Firebase / ML Kit.
6. Notifications
The App may show optional notifications related to its core features (such as reminders or quick access to recent translations). These notifications are optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time through the App's settings or your device's notification settings. Standard advertising (such as banner ads) may be displayed within certain app screens in accordance with this Privacy Policy and your consent where applicable — ads are never shown inside notifications.
7. Legal Basis for Data Processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under Article 6:
Consent: For personalized advertising, analytics, and use of certain permissions (e.g., camera, microphone), we rely on your explicit consent.
Contractual Necessity: To deliver services you request (e.g., translation, in-app purchases).
Legal Obligation: When we are legally required to retain or share certain data.
Legitimate Interests: To improve the App's performance and user experience (e.g., crash reporting, non-personal analytics), provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
8. Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
Under applicable privacy laws (such as the CCPA and GDPR), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data.
We do not sell your personal data.
Our ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect data for personalized advertising, which could be considered "sharing" under some privacy regulations.
You can opt out by:
Disabling personalized ads in your device settings — Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Managing preferences within the App, if available (Settings → Privacy Preferences → toggle "Personalized Ads" off).
Contacting us at support@maxsoftech.com with your opt-out request.
9. Data Retention
The App does not use accounts or logins, and translation history is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. You can clear your translation history at any time from within the App (Settings → History), or by uninstalling the App. Voice audio is processed transiently for transcription/translation and is not retained beyond that unless you save it to your on-device history.
Data our third-party providers process on our behalf is retained as follows:
Usage/event data (via Firebase Analytics): typically retained for a limited period (around 2–14 months, per Firebase's configuration) before being aggregated or deleted.
Advertising identifiers (via AdMob): retained per Google's advertising data retention practices, described in their privacy policy.
Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics): retained to help diagnose and fix issues, per Firebase's standard retention practices.
10. Data Security
We take data security seriously and implement commercially reasonable safeguards — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) — to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Links to Other Sites
The App may contain links to external sites. Clicking a third-party link will direct you to that site. We do not operate these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices — we recommend reviewing their privacy policies directly.
12. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA, GDPR, PIPA, VCDPA, and LGPD, including:
Right to Access — request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal data.
Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Right to Know — request details on whether your data is shared or sold.
Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — we do not sell personal data; you can disable personalized ads as described in Section 8.
Right to Portability (Brazil/LGPD) — request that we transfer your data to another provider.
Right to Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Right to Lodge a Complaint — if you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@maxsoftech.com.
13. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
14. Payment Data
All payment-related data is securely managed and processed by Google Play. We do not handle or retain any sensitive payment information ourselves. For details, refer to the Google Play Privacy Policy.
Refund requests for in-app purchases and subscriptions must comply with Google Play's own refund policy, since all purchases are processed by Google Play. See the Google Play Refund Policy for details.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
