Allpayacu Adventures
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, tours, activities, and services provided by Allpayacu Adventures (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in Peru. By booking or participating in any tour or activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once full or partial payment (as specified) has been received by Allpayacu Adventures.
Payment methods, amounts, and deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Client cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees depending on timing and tour type.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific conditions of each tour and third-party providers.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Allpayacu Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or operational reasons. In such cases, an alternative date or activity may be offered.
All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, safety, environmental conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical and mental condition to participate in adventure and nature-based activities. Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed prior to participation.
Participants acknowledge that adventure tourism activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, wildlife encounters, and natural hazards. Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted under Peruvian law, Allpayacu Adventures shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, accidents, or actions of third-party service providers.
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel, medical, and accident insurance valid in Peru prior to participating in any tour or activity.
Clients must comply with safety instructions and respect local communities, guides, staff, and the environment. Allpayacu Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise authorized in writing and in accordance with Peruvian regulations.
All content, branding, photos, videos, and materials associated with Allpayacu Adventures are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.
Personal data collected will be used solely for booking, operational, and legal purposes, in compliance with applicable Peruvian data protection laws.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Peru.
By making a reservation or participating in any tour or activity with Allpayacu Adventures, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
