The apartment is intended for tourist use in San Lorenzo Nuovo and is arranged over two floors, accomodating up to seven guests. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen-living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, as well as a service bathroom with a washing machine (no shower), and a room where guests can park their bicycles or motrobikes, which can also be converted into a dining room for groups, providing extra space for those using the sofa bed in the kitchen area.
The maximum capacity, experienced so far, for the indoor parking is three large motorcycles.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. In the room "Papavero" you will find one double bed and one single bed, while in the room "Lavanda" there are three single beds, which can be arranged as one double bed and one single bed upon request.
There is no air conditioning, but the structure stays pleasantly cool by following a few simple steps during the hottest summer days: opening the windows during cooler hours and keeping closed during the warmer ones. In winter, the apartment is heated by gas-powered radiators, and on the ground floor there is a pellet stove that makes the space even more welcoming.
Although we love pets, they are not allowed in the apartment.
