What we do.

1. Consultation and Advisory.

. We offer free consultation for space planning, layout possibilities, design trends and suitable technical specifications for new constructions and property renovations to owners and builders.

· We offer budget calculation, project timelines and advisory on ways to reduce over spending on fit outs. We also provide advisory upon design challenges, local codes, materials and procedures.

. Our design team always keeps in mind the environmental impacts of their planning and designing of a project.

2. Planning and Designing.

. We offer planning and designing of floor plans, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, furniture placements layouts, we also produce load calculation & structural changes report for approvals.

· We offer design concept through mood boards, sampling of materials, advisory on paint, texture & wallpaper shades, and we submit detailed cost estimation of the project as per the selections made.

· We are very precise in measuring interior spaces and making drawings so that furniture and fit-outs are placed correctly, we use our sense of style to develop designs that look great and pleasing. It only takes two weeks for us to e-design your space into a new imagination.

3. 3D, 2D Elevations and Walkaround.

. After floor plans and other layouts are approved we start developing walkaround views, 3D views, 2D elevations, working drawings, detail drawings, fit out drawings, and checklists.

· At this stage detailed work order is issued and contract document is signed so that we can take over the property and allied works can be started with full swing.

4. Selection and Sourcing of Materials.

· Once basic construction is started and everything is coming to a shape we start sourcing finish materials and we arrange mock-ups for you to have a look before we finish with our details.

. We take care of all the technical aspects of the project and material selection for lights, airflow, ventilation, temperature, acoustics, electrical & plumbing fittings, furniture & appliance placement, fabric & upholstery, wallpaper & paint, artefacts etc.

5. Total Turnkey Contracting of Projects.

. Turnkey projects often provide substantial cost savings to clients from potential cost escalations. We take over the entire project, from design to delivery, and achieve faster completion with single point of responsibility.

· You deal with only one contractor, reducing the burden of managing multiple accounts and decisions with multiple vendors and subcontractors throughout the project.

· Our centralized management of the project can lead to fewer delays and a more predictable timeline. Having access to a team of skilled professionals with specialized knowledge we contribute to a faster and higher quality final product.

5. Final Handover of Project.

· We conduct a thorough inspection of the completed space to identify any outstanding issues or defects are left. Once everything is in place, we confirm the project is ready for the final handover.

· We proceed towards officially transferring the completed space to our client, including a handover package with all necessary documentation like project plans, warranty schedule, and maintenance guides. We ensure the client understands the final details and how to care for the space.
