Interior Architect (Junior)
We are looking for a talented Architect (Interior Design) to join our team. If you have a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Your responsibility includes:-
Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture drawings.
Prepare mood boards, finalize sampling and selection between vendors and client.
Ensuring quality and detail checks for furniture and other fit-out's on every project.
Skilled in team management, site management and client orientation.
Look presentable and attend all site meetings with client and project manager.
Interior Designer (Intern)
We are hiring a creative interior designer (Intern) with knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and other software's. Your responsibility includes:-
Manage and prepare designs, plans and working drawings.
Manage execution and implementation of drawings and deliverable's on site.
Establish formal reporting on project progress.
Look presentable and attend all site meetings with client and project manager.
Learn and take notes of all procedures of delivering a project.
Site Supervisor
We are hiring a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee projects with precision and leadership. As a Supervisor your responsibility includes:-
Require strong industry knowledge.
Co-ordinate with Architect, Designer, Vendor, Contractor, labourers and health & safety officer.
Plan line of work for upcoming tasks in advance and verify completed tasks.
Ensure quality, detail, measurements and materials are as per approved list / decisions.
Prepare daily report, measurement sheets, labour bills and logistic count on site.
Maintain site images, cleanliness, health and safety on site.
Get maximum output from labour and complete the project under delivery timeline.
