REGISTRATION

Currently, this festival runs as a two day festival.  There are two sites on each day.  Two panels of clinicians will travel from the first day's two sites to the second day's two sites.  To register for this year's festival, please fill out the below form.  After the registration form is received, an invoice will be sent to you confirming your reserving of spots.  There are 18 available time slots at each site.  Once a site is full, no further registrations will be accepted.  You may then register for a different site, or, be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations.  If a site becomes full - please email us about potential openings!  We sometimes have late changes and may still be able to move things around.  Questions and comments can be directed to alliowaconcertbandfestival@gmail.com.
