Lunar Rapids Village

All who live under there once lived on land who have now been dragged deep under water where the moon light no longer shows. When a land cat goes to a tide pool where there a harvest moons the moon will gift them the powers of the water but in return they may never go back up to the waters. It's said if a cat is out by the water when the moons is at its highest peak then a creature of the sea sweep them up dragging them down the next day they wake up in the village. There all trying to live in the strange dark underwater world as there seems to be something blocking their way back up. Now they live in a coral reef that should not even be potable deep under water where the light is gone but thankfully the cats can see in the dark but there also trying to find out if there away back up to their old home on the land.
