Cynthia’s story grabbed me immediately. Started and finished in a weekend...couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. I felt as if I was right alongside Cyn during her emotionally-charged adventures. Loved the meaning of the storyline as a whole...such an important message for all of us! Definitely recommend for older teens and twenty-somethings...but the message has no age! Can’t wait for the next one!

Our Women's group read this book and we loved it! It's a beautifully written modern day story of the Prodigal's son. This book facilitated meaningful and personal stories within our small groups that reminded all of us of God's unending grace and love for us! A must read!

This is such a well written story. It’s a story you’ve heard before. The main character Cynthia will remind you of someone you know or knew. The misadventures of youth are present but God does not leave her alone and lets her know that. Grab a box of Kleenex and read on. Can’t wait for the sequel.

This book was so good it kept me awake at night. I couldn't wait to see how it would end. I found myself thinking about it throughout the day because I became truly interested in the characters.

I bought this thinking of my teenage daughter but ended up using this book for my women's book club. We have women from ages 30's to 70 plus....and they all loved it. It was a book that I had to keep reminding the ladies to quit reading ahead. It is a new twist on the prodigal son. A story about what it feels like to hit rock bottom. This is a book that everyone should read at least once. Great job! I look forward to future books by this inspired writer.

I absolutely loved this story. A modern day twist to the Prodigal Son in the eyes of a teenage girl that kept the pages turning. Every teenager should read Going Home...along with the adults. I cried, I got angry, I felt sorry for the character and I cried some more and in the end, I was left wanting more. Can't wait for the next book!!

This book was a page-turner...so easy to read with several twists and turns. I love the story of the Prodigal Son, and this is a modern-day version of it. Cynthia had to learn the hard way that her dad had always loved her unconditionally. But just as in life, we often have to hit rock bottom to realize the many blessings we have. I highly recommend this book!

Was hooked from the first page to the very end... hoping the author writes another book to compliment this one. Well thought out, and kept me so engaged, that I was able to finish in a day in half.... please buy a copy for yourself....
