Dance is a great way to exercise!
In Alissa's Dance Classes, my goal is to give you a class where you can learn & practice smoothly shifting your weight, find balance, lengthen and release tension, and strengthen your muscles.
We'll explore how you can move & feel better all day long.
We'll do this with the idea that all adults in a class can work at their own pace, and classes can be adjusted to make them suitable for whatever level students are currently working at.
