Welcome

Hello and welcome!

My name is Alison and I am an artist and teacher. I was born and raised in New York City where I was fortunate enough to have some of the greatest museums and galleries easily accessible to me, through my adolescence. I live in Sherman, Connecticut and frequently visit Europe, where my father resides. I am passionate about learning and teaching through creative processes and have found that art informs my understanding of the world around me. My goal is to facilitate learning opportunities for my students through engaging and personally-relevant creative projects that promote interdisciplinary reciprocity and provide students with tools to help them continue to learn independently through inquiry and exploration outside of the classroom.
