Project: Spring Fest:
5-18-24
We have hosted a jewelry making event at our schools spring fest which was hosted on May 18 2024 from 2-6 pm. Here we have raised over $100 which will go to mental health organizations, along with this we have inspired people to spend their free time destressing by finding new ways to calm themselves down such as jewelry making!

We have officially finished one of our podcast series with Dr. Schaeffer! We hope that many people can listen to our podcast and understand the importance of mental health as well as inspire them to do their own research and spread awareness while taking care of their own mental health!
Project: Stress Ball: 5-13-24
On this day, we made and gave out stress balls to give to high school students, hoping to relieve their stress from finals, EOC's, and AP tests.

On this day, we partnered with our sister school to help make Mothers Day flowers for 3rd graders moms'. We partnered with TMSA NJHS for the volunteers.
Project: Thank you notes:

On this day, we decided to show our teachers the appreciation they deserved, so we partnered with TMSA Beta Club to make thank you cards for our teachers.
Project: Blood: 5-3-24
On this day, we partnered with TMSA Red Cross and to host a blood drive as people who donate blood help create a sense of kindness in the world as someone who struggling with their physical health can feel very down at times, but with donations like these, it can help them become better both phyisically and mentally!
Project: Jogging: 5-3-24
On this day, we gathered high schoolers to join us on a run through the neighborhood behind us. We did this because exercise plays an important role in mental health as it releases chemicals in the brain like serotonin and endorphins which can help people feel good. As well as this it can help people distract themselves by watching the beautiful scenery around them!
Project: De-stress with DIY stress donuts: 5-1-24
On this day, we gave third graders DIY stress donuts to use during their first EOG to calm them down and help them, as well as this, we gave some to high-schoolers preparing for AP testing!

4-26-24
We hosted a bake sale so that we can raise money for mental health campaigns. We have raised hundreds of dollars from our bake sale and all profit have gone to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention!
Project: Earth Day cleanup: 4-22-24
Participating in Earth day activities can reduce stress and anxiety by fostering a sense of connection and care with nature which isn't as common these days. This is exactly why we had amazing volunteers to help us clean up and go along with our journey.
Project: Baked goods: 4-18-24
We hosted a bake sale so that we can raise money for mental health campaigns. We have raised hundreds of dollars from our bake sale and all profit have gone to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)!
Project: BlissBoard: 4-8-24
On this day, we set up a board full of sticky notes; each sticky is either empty or filled with a positive message. Our goal for this was to let people take a note if they're having a bad day, or write a note to someone to make their day better.
Project: Egg Hunt: 3-29-24
On this day, we hosted an Easter Egg hunt for fifth graders. We did this, hoping they get a break from their busy lives.
Project: Plants: 3-18-24
On this day, we gave our teachers a plant, hoping they could use it to relax because planting is proven lighten peoples mood, help ease depression and anxiety as it is gratifying to take care of a living organism.
Project: Scavenger hunt:
3-(11-15)-24
During this week, we noticed that most of the students were stressing too much on a test that we had in biology that week, so, we decided to host a scavenger hunt for that week to hopefully get their minds off testing even if its for a little while. We set a prize for the scavenger hunt which really helped encourage students to go outside, get fresh air, and relax.
Project: Aromatherapy:
3-06-24
On this day, we decided to give back to our teachers. We gifted them a candle for their hard work, in hopefulness that they'll use it to relax as aromatherapy acts of the central nervous system as it soothes anxiety and stress and restore emotional and physical well-being.
Project: Fundraiser/collab:

On this day, we partnered with a hotel and got them to donate $100 to NAMI. We did this because we believe in raising mental health awareness, and hopefully that money will be used to help someone in need.
Project: Book drive: 2-26-24
For the week of March 25-29, we hosted a book drive. We did this because reading is a way of relaxing as it help circulate brain flow as well as even regulating blood flow in the body and improve sleep quality, so we decided to donate books to underprivileged children.
Project: Bingo: 2-19-24
On this day, we did a school wide bingo. The bingo had activities such as mindfulness, exercise, as well as organizing and planning, this helped provide the students learn that it can be easy to take care of their mental health . The first winner got a $20 gift card!
Project: Flowers for Teachers:

On this day, we decided to surprise some of our teachers with flowers, hoping to make their day better!
Project: Meditate: 2-7-24
We decided to host a small meditation class where anyone can come and join us for a hour of meditation. Meditation can help provide a person with a sense of calm, peace, and balance which is very beneficial for especially those who suffer from mental health problems such as anxeity and depression.
