• Learn and never stops

There are always new skills to learn and strategies for you to adopt, and you should never stop learning as it enables you to generate new ideas. Do not just stick to what you know. Learn and generate new ideas by listening and watching out for any new resources from which you can gain new knowledge and concepts.

• Do have a positive mindset during the learning process

Means making positive thinking as a habit, continually searching for the silver lining and making the best out of any situation you find yourself in. It make you learn easier and open up to many things.

• Do your best to get training

Become better at something if we do it often. If you want to be a good writer, you should write every day.

• Start narrowing down things to explore

The best way to narrow down career choices is to pick a career that aligns with our personal mission, vision and values. Ask ourselves the following three questions: 

1. What do you want to do with your life? 

2. How do you want to live your life? 

3. What do I value? 

Our answers will clarify for us which career is most likely the optimal choice.

• Start finding strength and weakness through the interest

Our 'sweet spot' is at the intersection of your strengths, expertise and interests. If we have a lot of interests, narrow the field to those that we also have experience in, skills in and those that are in our strength zone. Take this a step further by doing research to understand the trending roles in the job market. Perform a gaps assessment between where we are and where we want to go for success.

1) How to commercialize our own session or in creating content?

• Showcase these 3 things;

  1. Be more observant

• Pay attention to what is going on around us but carefully filter out anything that does not seem relevant. Our brain is not meant to process everything, so train ourselves to make the distinction. Be on special alert for anything out of the ordinary or a situation that might pose a threat.

• Be creative to encounter the surrounding.

• 2. Be sensitive on what happening

     • Think of your inputs as Lego building blocks.

     • Each time we capture a new idea and add it to our collection of ideas, we will be adding another Lego block to our field of inputs. And just as how the more Lego we have, the more diverse structures we can build, 

The more ideas we collect, The more ideas we can connect.

• 3. Be proactive rather than reactive

     • A proactive approach focuses on eliminating problems before they have a chance to appear and a reactive approach is based on responding to events after they have happened.

     • And that is possibly one of the most useful advantages of being proactive, rather than reactive. Being proactive means that you will spend more time planning and preparing for the future than you will dealing with emergencies. "Issues Become Non-Issues"

When you’re confident in yourself, you’re not afraid to express uncertainty, even in front of a crowd of people. Being unsure of something or not being able to make accurate projections doesn’t make you any less confident. What it comes down to is how you relay that message to your crowd. Your demeanor and how you carry yourself are what make you confident. And that’s exactly what social confidence is all about.

• Recommended to pursue on Ecommerce (FMCG) and IT.

Build creativity and it is not a dead end-career. Youngsters initiates to the IT field only see opportunity and big pay checks. Truth is people leave IT in droves because it has been and will continue to be a rough place to make a living with high turn over and burnout always nipping at one’s heels.

Take a look at any current IT department. The field was not invented 10 or 20 years ago but 80 years ago.

Do our own portfolio.

A great way to demonstrate the competencies we would list on a resume or talk about in an interview. They allow us to show and not just tell. During a job search, the portfolio showcases our work to potential employers. It presents evidence of our relevant skills and abilities
