Hi, I contacted dell support to get my laptop fixed. As always the crappy Dell support fixed none of my issues, but I might just live with then I said to my self. After the windows update was done I opened Alienware command center to find out that it needs a service. No big deal it does that a lot anyways. 30 minutes goes by for nothing to had a bit more then the suggested 30 SECONDS, as of making this post I have had my computer on for 2 hours for Alienware command center to not stop showing a loading icon that is moving (The screen from the pinned screenshot is what I mean) If I cant turn up my fans to 100% that means that I can not play any games without it being throttled to 0.8ghz (which causes 7-16fps) and shutdown with a insane 87c at 0.8ghz. I use throttle stop to disable the turbo, still goes to 94c easily. I need to turn my fans up to 100% or my laptop becomes basically useless. I need help Thanks!

Uninstall Alienware command center, along with all the cached files in (appdata/local/roaming for example).. Reinstall Alienware command center. I'm sorry if that means loosing possible presets in the process

You can filter out the optional updates you don't want. But security and driver updates will be forced on you, like it or not. If that bricks the command center from time time, f*ck it. It's just how it is with Windows. I'm sorry it happened to you.
