1. How do I use the app?
Using the app is simple:
Open the app and choose whether you want to compose or reply to an email.
Enter your topic, tone, and length.
Tap Generate to create a polished, professional email.
Review, edit, or copy the result.
Send it directly or save it for later use.
2. Where are my emails saved?
All generated drafts are saved locally on your device.
This means you can review and reuse them anytime.
We do not upload or store your content on external servers.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed to premium features:
On iOS: Open the Settings app → tap your Apple ID (top of screen) → Subscriptions → find Email AI Writer → tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Email AI Writer → tap Cancel subscription.
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
