Sessions are 50 minutes and typically scheduled on a weekly basis. Frequency can be adjusted to bi-weekly or more often, depending on your needs.
What happens if I need to cancel?
24 hours or more in advance: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee of $120 applies.
Missed sessions without notice: Full session fee of $120 applies.
