Kroger provides an online pickup service that allows customers to place orders up to seven days in advance, making shopping more efficient and potentially cutting down on crowds for customers who prefer to shop in person.

After analyzing the site, I determined that the overall user experience and voice could be approved to create a more efficient onboarding experience:

• Arriving at the Kroger site

• Clicking on the “Pickup” tab

• Learning about the pickup service

• Creating an account
