A potentiometer is the blue knob in the video. The basics are you turn it to the left and the lights blink faster and faster. As you turn it to the right they go slower and slower. The potentiometer is basically a knob that turns up the percentage of what you are trying to do.

manual tune is when you press a button and it lights on. A con is that you have to do it yourself but a pro is that you can keep the light on and off however long you want
