Show the BENEFITS of why this change is needed - really need to speak to end users and provide what they need well in advance - change can be hard for people - what benefits are they getting also from the changeover - environmental, monetary, time-saving, sharing with others ease 🌳💲⌚
DOCUMENTATION which is fit for purpose 📃 layered approach, fit for different needs and depths of info needed at different times
Being there IN PERSON when the changeover is happening👥show you CARE and there are people around who can help support
PLAN what things to show people in the changeover ☑️ checklist of items they need for immediate use on the day
PREPARATION IN ADVANCE is key and thinking of all the scenarios, ensuring other people in the team are prioritising their contributions well in advance in case of any curve balls 📂⌚
Focus groups and KEY PEOPLE in the organisation - getting them on board and testing in advance 👥🔑
BELIEF in the changeover - why it is needed and happening and strong belief this is a step in the right direction ▶️
