Step 1: Apply

You may apply at this link through July 31, 2026, including your CV, research interests, and how the offered courses can benefit your work. Questions may be addressed to algosb-coordinators@inria.fr

Notification of acceptance will be provided by mid August, 2026. A maximum of 35 participants will be accepted. Please note that participants are expected to stay for the entire school.

Participants should also prepare a short presentation (2 minutes) of their research interests for a special session on Monday evening before the mixer/buffet dinner.

Step 2: Register

We will notify accepted participants when online registration opens in September 2026.

Registration fees (10% VAT included):

Master / PhD students (hors Cifre): 600€

Postdoc / academic: 750€

Non-academic / industry / Cifre : 1100€

Participants from a French EPST may pay by "bon de commande" if necessary or by credit/debit card. All other participants will need to pay by credit/debit card.

Registration fees cover:

• Accommodation from Sunday (November 22) to Friday (November 27) : five nights in an on-site double room (shared with another participant). A limited number of single rooms may be available for a supplemental fee

• Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks (Monday-Friday)

• Mixer/dinner buffet on Monday evening

• Gala dinner on Thursday evening

• Scheduled bus trip (~1.5 hrs) from Ajaccio airport on Sunday to Cargèse and back on Friday. Any other transport is not included.

Cancellation: Fees will be returned in full provided a written cancellation request is received before October 8, 2026. No refunds will be made for requests received after this date.
