Class overview
Algebra 1 is the foundational high school math course that develops students' understanding of linear, quadratic, and exponential relationships. This course emphasizes problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, and real-world applications, aligned to the New York State Next Generation Learning Standards for Mathematics. Throughout the year, students will explore algebraic expressions, equations, inequalities, and functions.
