1. Overview

Radio Stream Wave (“the App”) is an internet radio streaming application developed by AlfaCoder Studio.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information while providing radio streaming services.

The App is designed to respect user privacy and does not collect personal identity information.

The App does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect personal data such as:

However, the App may process limited technical information necessary for functionality.

A. Local Device Storage

The App stores minimal preferences locally on your device:

These remain only on your device.

B. Streaming and Network Requests

To provide radio playback, the App connects to streaming services and station data sources.

During this process:

• Selected radio stream URLs are requested

• Standard connection metadata (such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamps) may be processed by destination servers as part of normal internet communication
  
  

The App developer does not store this metadata.

C. Notification Permission (Android 13+)

The App may request:

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

This permission allows playback notifications and media controls to appear while listening.

Users can disable this permission anytime from device settings.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

To provide radio streaming functionality, the App connects to:

• Station list provider (Google Apps Script endpoint)
  
  

• Third-party radio streaming servers
  
  

• Remote image/artwork hosting servers
  
  

These external services may process technical connection data under their own privacy policies.

4. Security

The App uses secure HTTPS connections wherever available and standard Android networking libraries.

While no system is completely secure, reasonable safeguards are used to protect transmitted data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Storage

Preferences stored on your device remain until:

Developer Storage

AlfaCoder Studio does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal user profiles.

Third-Party Services

Streaming providers and remote servers may retain logs according to their own policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically intended for children under the age of 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us for review.

7. User Choices

You may:
