To sell my house, while I was looking for a better realtor, I found the First Valley Realty with good reviews. I called and spoke to Realtor Alex Urbano. He was very prompt to answer my queries. He is very nice gentleman with positive attitude. He got my house deep cleaning, pressure washing and staging before putting it on sale. My house got good response from buyers and sold fast. When my Husband and I first met Alex at one of his First Time Home Buyers Seminar we knew right away we found the right realtor!
He impressed us from day one as a true professional with great personality. This being our first home buying experience, we had no referrals or Friends that can give us advice about buying a house. Majority of the people we knew are either Still Renting or living with relatives. As YOUNG NEWLYWEDS I thought there was no way we could purchase a home! I want to Thank Urbano "Alex" and his team for making our dream come true. As a 1st time home buyer I was pretty scared, but Urbano was with us every step of the way. If we texted or emailed, he responded right away. He always explained the paperwork and the process of each step we took, he was very involved and for our final signing he was there to answer any questions we had. I am extremely Thankful that he made this experience extremely easy and we had great laughs, we couldn't have done it without him and his team. It only took 15 days to close and Damn that was fast.
If anyone is looking for a home I highly recommend him.

We moved to San Jose from Seattle in January of 2013. We did not know anyone and wanted to buy a home. Alex was our agent and I have to say we could not have been any happier!!! Alex was patient and really understood our needs. He did not want us to compromise at all. He spent all his weekends with us looking for homes as that was the only availability we had. He bent backwards for us. Whenever we had a question for him he would respond to us immediately.
And here is one more thing that I am really impressed by him is that even though we have bought the house, he is still calling us just to see how we are doing. This is what we call AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Like many of these other reviewers we had a wonderful experience with Alex. My husband and I are/were first time home buyers and knew very little to nothing about real estate. Alex was super informative and took time to answer all of our questions. You can tell that he is not only very knowledgeable about the market but also that he really cares about the experience of his clients.
We felt that he did a great job representing us to the seller and also helped us navigate a rather difficult loan process. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home. We were able to find a home we absolutely love in a fantastic community. While I believe it is our "forever" home, if we were to ever attempt to sell or buy anything else in the future we would definitely work with Alex again. If you are looking for an agent call him.

That moment when you realize that time is precious and you have to act now. Married, beautiful son and nothing more perfect than to call home your own. Husband and I were referred to Alex by a close friend. We were on the hunt right away. With work and a three year old it was hard to manage extra time. Alex was always on top, always was getting things done. All options were laid out, never the run around.
Of course there's always a slip up, we were expecting second baby boy. We had no choice to delay the hunt of buying a home in the meantime. Good thing Alex didn't give up on us. Always one call away.
Good time came, two boys, in need of more room and we were found back to Alex. Found a good opportunity and moved on it right away. A month later my husband and I, young, young parents were proud to have a house to call our own. Not only does Alex have family, many clients but still managed to put work first until it's done and satisfying.

I must admit I trusted no one and I was skeptical about Alex when I was 1st referred to him. I have family who work in the industry and only trusted them to help in this realm but they are from SoCal. I emailed Alex and gave it a shot.
Finally the day came to meet and I have to say Alex is nothing but a pure professional, he even made time to show us our 1st 2 homes. The hunt had started.
Our busy family only had time to go house hunting on the weekends so it was a challenging task. Never the less Alex made time to help us. We spent all our 4th of July with him seeing a total of about 20 houses (rare case scenario; we wanted our new place asap and didn't care how long it would take or how many homes we saw in a day). Finally on July 5th we found what we were looking for and all those hours of hunting paid off. He answered all of our questions and never once complained. Alex is a humble man, respectful and above all professional.

Alex is WODNERFUL... I bought my first home in February 2013, and as a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, and Alex was always so helpful to answer all my questions and concerns.
