• Began as a Mortgage loan officer 2004 to 2006

• Received my real estate license in 2006

• In 2007 became certified in credit counseling and credit score improvement and understanding

• In 2008 became recognized as a local expert and leader in FREE home loan modifications

• Also in 2008 was recognized as one of the first and local expert in Short Sales while negotiating complete debt forgiveness to home sellers

• 2008 Received Distressed Property Sales Designation helping people understand Foreclosures, Short Sales and Forbearances

• In 2009 became certified and received numerous designations in internet and social media marketing

• In 2010 was recognized as a local home listing expert specializing in working with home sellers

• In 2011 was recognized as a new agent trainer, new agent mentor and new agent counselor for new real estate agents to be successful

• In 2014 received my Real Estate Broker License

• 2015 Became Broker/Owner - Built and Started First Valley Realty from the ground up.
