How do I add or remove channels? Go to Settings → Children Tab → Approved Channels → Click Add.
How do I change the daily time limit? Go to Settings → Children Tab → Daily Screen Time and adjust the allowed minutes.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or visit apple.com/support. We do not process cancellations directly.
How do I request a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data? Email us at mikemarlexa@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” and we will remove your data within 7 days.
