By public transportation

Need take a public taxi from the airport medan and tell to the driver want to kutacane /medan by BTN.

This is a local transport company they drive a route avery night, with 5-7 peoples per bus and lots of language.

You can check in at their station during the day time. It take 8 hours, cost 90 000 IDR per person.
