Senior Game Designer
Holy Night is a Metroidvania-style action adventure games where the player controls a surviving passenger who will need to fight for against super natural threats for survival. Set aboard a space cruise traveling from Earth to Mars, players will explore a unique non linear circular map, battleing hordes of vampires and bizzarre bosses. The game features beautiful 2D hand-drawn animations blended with inmersive 3D environments and playable movie-like sequences.
Some of my contributions to the project:Â
Designed core game systems and mechanics, focusing on combat, aiming, shooting and character movement
Designed various enemies, definig behaviours and attack patterns to complement the player's combat abilities
Designed and blocked out level sections and specific room event, triggers and pacing
Collaborated closely with art, animation, and engineering teams to integrate 2D/3D assets seamlessly into gameplay.
