Kahoot is an educational tool that allows teachers to create online assessments in the form of a game. This tool allows teachers to create games where there are multiple choice questions students must answer in a time limit. Students can join by entering a code on another device such as a phone or tablet. Teachers can determine if students can choose their own username or Kahoot will assign students an appropriate name itself. Only the student can see their score unless they are in the top five highest score, then their score will be displayed on the board. The sooner the student answers the question correctly the more points the student gains. This tool is an engaging way for teachers to assess students' knowledge and learning progress.
