Writing Assignments

Writing promts and due dates:

• "All about me" - due August 30th

  • • Students will write a few paragraphs with information about themselves. This information can consist of thier favorite color, hobby, subject, holiday, sport, etc. Students will turn this assignment in on paper on August 30th, and then they will share it with the class the following week.

• "My Thanksgiving break" - due December 6th

  • • When students get back from Thanksgiving break they will begin writing a few paragraphs about the break. Students can include what activities they did over the break and what thier favorite part was. This assignment will be turned in on December 6th and shared with the class after.

• "My Christmas break" - due January 3rd

  • • Similar to the previous prompt, students will write a few paragraphs about thier Christmas break. Students can include what they did, what kind of presents they got, and what thier favorite one was. This assignment is due on January 3rd and then shared with the class.
