In my Strategic Planning course, I was tasked with choosing a healthcare facility in my area to create a strategic plan for. I chose IU Health Methodist Hospital. In this project, I had to collect data on the organizaton including financials, patient days, service lines, and market trends. Overall, I had to decide what the best next steps would be to improve the facility in some way. I decided to focus on improving the facility and technology usage based on trends in the Indianapolis area with Telehealth post-Covid.
