Welcome to my ePortfolio site! 

My name is Alexandro Martinez (he/him) – but you can call me Alex . I am going to graduate from the School of Educational Studies in Spring 2024! During my time at the University of Washington – Bothell, I discovered my passion for educational leadership and amplifying student voices. I first attended UWB in 2020, fresh out of high school and during a global pandemic. While my journey seemed traditional, my educational path took many turns. 

Throughout my undergraduate career, I searched for ways I could empower student leaders. To aid them in building a sense of community and belonging in an academic space. After leaving UWB, I will continue to find opportunities to support students – especially those from marginalized communities, to know they belong in leadership positions. 

In this ePortfolio site, you will find many projects I have completed during my undergraduate experience as an Educational Studies student at the University of Washington – Bothell. From themed essays, academic artifacts, and various multimedia tools, you will catch a glimpse of my academic journey. This ePortfolio tells a story of a first-gen student as he found his passion.
