About me

I am a truly passionate and highly motivated researcher in the field of financial literacy and household finance. I am intellectually curious and also dedicated to building engagement and interaction with and among colleagues and students.

During the last four years, I gained experience using both national survey and field experiment data, which led me to publish two solo-author papers as part of my Ph.D. dissertation.

For example, I personally set up a randomized control trial to evaluate the impact of two different financial education courses, a traditional course and a digitized one, targeted to high school students. Moreover, using the Bank of Italy’s Survey on Household Income and Wealth data, I investigated the effect of financial literacy on household financial stability in Italy.

I also have contributed to other field experiments that target senior citizens in order to identify the impact of financial education initiatives on knowledge, confidence, and behavior.
