I am currently a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the math department at UW-Madison. My advisor is Andy Zimmer. My un-official co-advisor is Sebastian Hurtado-Salazar of Yale University. Before coming to Madison, I was an undergrad at the University of Chicago. Here is a copy of my CV.
Papers:
1. Free Semigroups of Large Critical Exponent (submitted, 40 pages).
Mathematical Interests:
My mathematical interests are currently in discrete subgroups of (higher rank) Lie groups, Patterson-Sullivan theory, geometric structures on manifolds, rigidity theory, and analytic/probabilistic methods in group theory (such as random walks on reductive groups, Property (T),...).
