Submission to an international competition for a major expansion to the World Health Organization headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Although we proposed a very radical solution, it was the product of careful and thorough analysis of program and phasing. The functions of the main building had to be temporary duplicated in the new addition for the renovation of the main volume.
