This project involves the creation of two new low-rise apartment buildings and the renovation and expansion of an 17th century existing inn and tavern in a block of the old village center of Kernen-Stetten. In addition to the challenges of renovating historically protected buildings, the new buildings must harmonize and complete the existing street facade. The renovation of the Tavern is nearly complete, and construction is set to soon begin for the apartment buildings.
