Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science-based therapy as a response to misbehavior in the learning environment. This ABC (Antecedent, Behavior, Consequence) chart is one of the most prominent resources used in ABA. The ABC chart allows educators and specialists to record students' behaviors, what happened right before the behavior, and the consequence of the behavior. This assists by observing patterns in the cause of the behavior, and how best to help the student manage such behaviors.

Quietness and mindfulness are wonderful ways to maintain mental health. This app features daily meditation sessions, sleep stories, calming music, peaceful background noise, and more. There is a yearly subscription to access all benefits of Calm. But there is also a free version with limited access.
