The Company’s Role
•Enroll through MACNY and they’ll guide the process and handle administration
•Assign one skilled mentor per apprentice; does not have to be journeyman certified
•Provide one pay raise (minimum) during duration of the apprenticeship
•Select your apprentice(s)
•Work with sponsor to establish your On-the-Job Training component
